2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password. If you sign up via a third-party authentication provider, we may receive your name and email from that provider.

2.2 Billing Information

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information (such as credit card number, billing address) is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We receive and store a limited set of billing data from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, and billing address.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, timestamps, browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URLs. This data helps us understand usage patterns and improve the Service.

2.4 Competitor Data

The Service scrapes and analyzes publicly available competitor information on your behalf, including pricing pages, product pages, review sites, job postings, and changelogs. This data is collected from public sources and is processed and stored in connection with your account.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Process transactions and manage your subscription.
• Generate competitive intelligence reports, battle cards, and AI-powered analyses.
• Send you service-related communications, including weekly digest emails and alert notifications.
• Improve and optimize the Service, including through usage analytics.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — Database hosting, authentication, and storage. Your account data, competitor intelligence data, and application data are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management. Stripe processes your billing and payment card information directly.
• Anthropic — AI analysis and natural language processing. Competitor data and context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate intelligence reports, battle cards, and summaries. Data sent to Anthropic is subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
• Firecrawl — Web scraping and data extraction. Firecrawl is used to collect publicly available competitor data from the URLs you provide.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery. Resend is used to send you digest emails, alert notifications, and other service-related communications.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the Service. These include:

• Essential cookies — Required for authentication and core functionality. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — Help us understand usage patterns and improve the Service. You may opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

Competitor intelligence data associated with your account is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account termination.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Deletion — You can request that we delete your personal data. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
• Export — You can request a machine-readable export of your personal data.
• Objection — You can object to certain processing of your personal data.

9. Children's Privacy
